The reason I decided to go with this book was decided by many factors. I like monster and horror types of books and while scrolling through the list I came across exactly that. My mom also told me that the reviews for the book were outstanding and that it would be perfect for me, in which case, I decided it was the book I wanted to read for my summer homework. In fact I'm on the third book in the series right now and it has been one of my favorite series I've ever read.
I would recommend this book to you if you like books that add up the suspense, leave you questioning everything that will happen next, makes you want to keep reading to you finished the book and, an interest in monsters or creatures which may seem obscene but are pretty cool. If you like some of these books I'm going to list I believe the book would be right for you: Percy Jackson, Michael Vey, Riptide, Harry Potter, Rangers Apprentice, The adventures of Nicholas Flamel, and Legend.
This book is extremely good and I would recommend it to you even if you hate all those listed books.
